Chicken Tostadas

Directions
- 1Boil chicken breasts in a large pot until cooked through.
- 2Add bouillon to the boiling water.
- 3Sauté sliced white onion in a pan.
- 4Blend boiled tomatillos, jalapeños, garlic, and bouillon powder with water to make the salsa.
- 5Shred the boiled chicken and mix it with the salsa in a pan.
- 6Spread Greek yogurt on a tostada shell.
- 7Top the tostada with the chicken mixture, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and avocado slices.

- 5 whole tomatillo

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 whole tomato
