Tips
If you don’t have store bought chicken mince available you can make your own by blending boneless & skinless chicken breast in a food processor until it’s the same consistency.
Make sure your hands are wet while forming the nuggets or else they will be too sticky.
While the nuggets are cooking at around the half way mark at a bit more cooking oil spray to any area on the nuggets that has dry spots, this will ensure the nuggets cook to perfection.
Carisma potatoes in particular have 25% less carbs compared to regular potatoes. Can be substituted for russet potatoes, sweet potatoes etc.
