1In a bowl, add chicken mince with the seasonings listed on screen, one egg and a tiny bit of black pepper.
2Mix it together.
3Wet your hands, form 20 equal nuggets and place it in the freezer to let them firm up.
4Cut your potatoes into French fries shapes.
5Soak the potatoes in an ice bath to remove any extra starch.
6Pat the potatoes dry and add a bit of cooking oil spray with some seasonings.
7Mix the potatoes and air fry or oven bake with the settings on screen.
8In a bowl, add plain flour, baking powder, a dash of the same seasonings.
9Mix the flour and seasonings together.
10Dip each nugget in egg.
11Coat each nugget evenly in the flour.
12Spray the nuggets with some light cooking oil.
13Bake them with the settings on screen until nice and crispy.

Tips
If you don’t have store bought chicken mince available you can make your own by blending boneless & skinless chicken breast in a food processor until it’s the same consistency.
Make sure your hands are wet while forming the nuggets or else they will be too sticky.
While the nuggets are cooking at around the half way mark at a bit more cooking oil spray to any area on the nuggets that has dry spots, this will ensure the nuggets cook to perfection.
Carisma potatoes in particular have 25% less carbs compared to regular potatoes. Can be substituted for russet potatoes, sweet potatoes etc.
