Directions

  1. 1Juice one lemon into a bowl.
  2. 2Add two circles of olive oil.
  3. 3Add about half a teaspoon of salt, or until it's the size of a flat quarter.
  4. 4Add one clove of garlic, chopped, to your liking.
  5. 5Add a splash of white bin.
  6. 6Mix thoroughly to ensure the garlic is evenly distributed.

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 lemon, all of the juice
  • 2 circles Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 clove clove of garlic
  • 1 splash white bin

Tips

  • Make sure the garlic is evenly distributed by continuously mixing.
  • This salad is refreshing like watermelon.
  • It pairs well with steak or chicken, or can be used as a dip for chips.
