Add water, plain white sugar, demerara sugar, and caramel sugar together.

Add caramel coloring.

Add grated lemon, lime, and orange peels.

Add citric and malic acid.

Crush nutmeg and Ceylon cinnamon in a mortar.

Add vanilla bean to the mortar.

Add coriander seeds and rose hip to the mortar.

Add a single coffee bean and the cola nut to the mortar.

Add makrut lime leaves to the mortar.

Grind the ingredients in the mortar into an almost paste-like consistency.

Transfer the mixture into a sous vide bag.

Vacuum seal the bag.

Place the sealed bag in a sous vide bath set to 80 degrees Celsius or 175 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 and a half hours.

Agitate the bag every so often during cooking.

Cut open the bag and filter the contents.

Bottle the syrup.

Put the syrup in the fridge to cool.

For each bottle, use 30 mils or 1 ounce of the cola syrup.

Add two drops of saline solution.

Add highly carbonated water.

Place a crown on top of the bottle and seal it firmly.
