Directions

  1. 1Roll out croissant dough into a large pan.
  2. 2Into a bowl, add two blocks of cream cheese, half a cup of sugar, lemon zest, and juice of two lemons.
  3. 3Grab a hand mixer and mix all ingredients together.
  4. 4Spread the mixture on the croissant dough.
  5. 5Top it off with another pack of croissant dough.
  6. 6Spread on a little butter.
  7. 7Mix lemon zest and sugar and sprinkle it on top.
  8. 8Bake for 16 minutes.
  9. 9Divide them up and enjoy your lemon cream cheese bars.

  • 2 lemons lemon juice
  • 1 pack croissant dough
  • butter
  • lemon zest
  • sugar
