Directions

  1. 1Remove the membrane from the ribs.
  2. 2Coat the ribs with yellow mustard as a binder.
  3. 3Season heavily with a base layer of Honey Rub and then add Beef Rub on top of it, on both top and bottom sides.
  4. 4Place the ribs on the Recteq smoker at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours.
  5. 5Prepare the butter bath by melting one stick of butter, adding Hot Honey Peach glaze, and more of both Honey Rub and Beef Rub seasonings.
  6. 6After 2 hours, wrap the ribs, meat side down, in two layers of foil with the prepared butter bath.
  7. 7Put the wrapped ribs back into the 275-degree smoker, meat down, for one more hour.
  8. 8After that hour, flip the ribs over into foil boats, meat-side up.
  9. 9Brush a little extra of the glaze on top of the ribs.
  10. 10Let it tack up for about 10 minutes uncovered.
  11. 11Slice and serve the ribs.
