In a mixing bowl combine minced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Mix well until combined.
Grease hands with a little bit oil and make round patties. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and let them freeze for 30 minutes or until frozen.
Take two dishes, divide the all purpose flour in both dishes (around 4 tbsp each). Add salt pepper, garlic and onion powder in one bowl, along with water to make a thick batter. Adjust water accordingly.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Once the oil is hot, coat the chicken patties in flour mixture then the wet batter.
Carefully drop the chicken patties into the oil.
Fry on medium low for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy golden brown.
Make sauce by combining mayo, Dijon mustard, salt pepper and vinegar in a mixing bowl.
Assemble the sandwich by adding sauce, chicken patty, lettuce and some more sauce.
Serve with some fries and enjoy!
