Directions

  1. 1Cut the cabbage into quarters.
  2. 2Season the quartered cabbage with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Sear in a very hot pan before transferring it to the oven to finish cooking.
  4. 4Mix Greek yogurt and goat cheese for the base.
  5. 5Prepare the glaze using honey and Calabrian chilies.
  6. 6Spread the whipped goat cheese onto a plate.
  7. 7Top with the cabbage.
  8. 8Drizzle the sauce over the top.
  9. 9Finish with some lime zest and juice, and serve.
