Directions

  1. 1Drain the olives.
  2. 2Squeeze the limes and collect the juice in a small glass.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix the lime juice, clamato, liquid seasoning, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and chili flakes.
  4. 4Combine the beef jerky, olives, japanese peanuts, and the prepared sauce in a glass container.
  5. 5Top with a sprinkle of tajín and mix well.
  6. 6Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar stuffed olives
  • 6 whole lime
  • 1 caballito lime juice
  • 2 caballitos clamato juice
  • 1/3 caballito liquid seasoning
  • 1/3 caballito worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 handful dried beef jerky
  • 1 handful japanese peanuts
  • 1 pinch tajín seasoning (optional)

Tips

  • This sauce mixture also works great for micheladas or for seasoning chips.
  • You can let the olives marinate for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
