Directions

  1. 1Prepare the biga al latte and tangzhong.
  2. 2Combine the biga and tangzhong in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3Add chocolate chips to the dough.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients (including eggs and flour) in a mixer.
  5. 5Shape the dough into small rolls.
  6. 6Place rolls on a baking sheet.
  7. 7Spray the rolls with water.
  8. 8Bake the rolls in the oven.

  • 30 % chocolate fondente
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 flour
