Million Follower Spaghetti

Directions

  1. 1Brown a half pound of Italian sausage and a half pound of ground beef in a hot oiled pan.
  2. 2Break up the meat, season it with salt and pepper, brown it, and then drain it.
  3. 3Add one diced onion and three minced garlic cloves to the pan.
  4. 4Stir and cook the onions and garlic for a few minutes until the onions are soft.
  5. 5Add one jar of your favorite marinara sauce and stir until everything is coated.
  6. 6Set the meat mixture aside.
  7. 7In a mixing bowl, combine one block of softened cream cheese, one cup of cottage cheese, and a quarter cup of sour cream.
  8. 8Mix all the cheese ingredients until beautifully combined.
  9. 9Cook the spaghetti.
  10. 10Ploop half of the cooked spaghetti into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  11. 11Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the spaghetti.
  12. 12Put the rest of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  13. 13Ploop the meat mixture on top of the noodles.
  14. 14Shred and spread an 8 ounce block of mozzarella cheese on top.
  15. 15Sprinkle a handful of parmesan on top.
  16. 16Bake the dish in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
  17. 17If you have parsley, throw it on top after baking.
  18. 18Let the spaghetti cool down before serving.
  19. 19Cut a piece out with a spatula and serve on a plate.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • cooked spaghetti
  • 8 ounce block mozzarella cheese
  • 1 handful parmesan
  • parsley

Tips
