Brown a half pound of Italian sausage and a half pound of ground beef in a hot oiled pan.

Break up the meat, season it with salt and pepper, brown it, and then drain it.

Add one diced onion and three minced garlic cloves to the pan.

Stir and cook the onions and garlic for a few minutes until the onions are soft.

Add one jar of your favorite marinara sauce and stir until everything is coated.

Set the meat mixture aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine one block of softened cream cheese, one cup of cottage cheese, and a quarter cup of sour cream.

Mix all the cheese ingredients until beautifully combined.

Cook the spaghetti.

Ploop half of the cooked spaghetti into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the spaghetti.

Put the rest of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Ploop the meat mixture on top of the noodles.

Shred and spread an 8 ounce block of mozzarella cheese on top.

Sprinkle a handful of parmesan on top.

Bake the dish in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.

If you have parsley, throw it on top after baking.

Let the spaghetti cool down before serving.

Cut a piece out with a spatula and serve on a plate.

Tips
Let the spaghetti cool down before serving as it's hot and bubbly.
You can use a spatula to mix the cream cheese mixture if a whisk is not ideal.
