Cook jumbo shells in salted water for ~8 minutes until al dente.

Drain, toss lightly with oil so they don’t stick, and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sausage, parsley, spinach, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.

Tips
