Directions

1Put instant pot on Saute mode on HIGH and add oil, allow to heat up
2Add chicken and saute for one minute
3Add 1/2 of one shan butter chicken masala packet
4Add tomato paste and saute for 1 min
5Add heavy cream and stir
6Add lid and switch instant pot to pressure cook (manual on some models) mode on HIGH for 10 minutes
7Quick release the pressure
8Top with kasoori methi
