Directions
1
Start off by taking two cans of blackberry pie filling.
2
Add both cans to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
3
Set the casserole dish aside while you melt some butter into a separate bowl.
4
To that bowl, add one box of yellow cake mix, one cup of water, a couple tablespoons of vanilla extract and then half a cup of sugar.
5
Mix that together really well.
6
Grab your casserole dish full of blackberries.
7
Gradually spoon the cake mixture on top of the blackberries until the cake batter runs out.
8
Bake the cobbler on 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
9
You'll know it's ready because it'll be golden brown and the blackberries are going to start to push through and bubble a little bit.
10
Serve the cobbler when it's nice and warm and you can serve it with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
