Directions

- 8Whisk the dry and wet ingredients together to form the cupcake batter.
- 9Add more sifted dry ingredients to the batter and whisk until smooth.
- 10Pour the cupcake batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- 11Bake the cupcakes until cooked through.
- 12Pipe chocolate frosting onto the cooled cupcakes.
- 13Decorate the cupcakes with raspberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries.
