Directions

1Add the chopped chocolate to the bowl of a food processor.
2Process until you have small chocolate chunks.
3Add milk powder, confectioners’ sugar, granulated sugar, and salt to the food processor.
4Continue to process until well combined.
5Store the mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a year.
6To serve, add about ¼ cup of the white hot chocolate mix to a large mug.
7Top with 8 ounces of hot milk or hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.
