Homemade Mayonnaise
Directions
- 1Add two eggs to a jar.
- 2Add the juice of one lemon.
- 3Add one tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
- 4Add one tablespoon of chunky garlic paste.
- 5Add one cup of oil.
- 6Blend all the ingredients together using an immersion blender until emulsified.
- 7Season with salt and pepper.
- 8Blend again to combine.
- 9Pour the mayonnaise into a squeeze bottle using a funnel.
