- 7Arrange the cut-out Christmas tree shapes on the prepared baking sheet.
- 8Crack an egg yolk into a small bowl and whisk it with a fork.
- 9Brush the egg wash over the puff pastry Christmas trees.
- 10Bake the puff pastry trees in the oven.
- 11Once baked, remove the trees from the oven and let them cool.
- 12Sift powdered sugar over the baked Christmas tree pastries.
- 13Arrange the finished Christmas tree desserts on a serving plate.
