Season steak cubes with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add pineapple chunks and cook until lightly caramelized.

In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire, cornstarch, and water.

Pour sauce into the skillet and simmer until thick and glossy.

Add steak bites back to the pan and toss to coat evenly.

Cook 1–2 more minutes until everything is sticky and heated through.

Serve hot.

0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
0.33 cup soy sauce
0.25 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
