Sticky Pineapple Steak Bites

Directions

  1. 1Season steak cubes with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. 4Remove and set aside.
  5. 5In the same skillet, add pineapple chunks and cook until lightly caramelized.
  6. 6In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire, cornstarch, and water.
  7. 7Pour sauce into the skillet and simmer until thick and glossy.
  8. 8Add steak bites back to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
  9. 9Cook 1–2 more minutes until everything is sticky and heated through.
  10. 10Serve hot.

  • 0.33 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
