Crab Salad

Directions

  1. 1Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to a clear bowl.
  2. 2Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the mayonnaise.
  3. 3Add 1 and a quarter teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning to the bowl.
  4. 4Add 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill (or 3/4 teaspoon dried dill) to the bowl.
  5. 5Add half a teaspoon of coarse salt to the bowl.
  6. 6Add a little bit of black pepper to the bowl.
  7. 7Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the bowl.
  8. 8Whisk all the dressing ingredients together.
  9. 9Get a 16-ounce package of imitation crab.
  10. 10Separate the imitation crab pieces and gently flake them apart with a fork on a cutting board.
  11. 11Add the flaked imitation crab to the dressing in the bowl.
  12. 12Add one-third of a cup of finely diced red onion to the bowl.
  13. 13Add one stock of finely diced celery to the bowl.
  14. 14Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl until well combined.
  15. 15Serve the crab salad.

Tips
