Directions
- 1Peel the sweet potatoes.
- 2Transfer the sweet potatoes to water, wash and thinly slice on a mandoline or with a knife.
- 3Grate a layer of cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4Arrange sweet potatoes on the cheese.
- 5Grate some cheese on top.
- 6Bake for about 25 minutes.
- 7Peel and chop the onion.
- 8Slice the sausage.
- 9Place on a little fat, just for a moment, so that the onion softens.
- 10Spread the sausage with onion over the baked sweet potatoes.
- 11Roll up the sweet potatoes and it's ready.
