Directions
- 1In a wooden bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla.
- 2Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 tsp of baking powder and mix well.
- 3Stir in 1/4 cup of holiday sprinkles.
- 4Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 5Bake at 350° for ~25 mins.
- 6Top with store bought icing and sprinkles.
- 7Cut into bars and serve.
