Directions

  1. 1In a wooden bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla.
  2. 2Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 tsp of baking powder and mix well.
  3. 3Stir in 1/4 cup of holiday sprinkles.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Bake at 350° for ~25 mins.
  6. 6Top with store bought icing and sprinkles.
  7. 7Cut into bars and serve.
