Shrimp Scampi Pizza

Directions
- 1Pour olive oil into a small bowl.
- 2Chop fresh parsley.
- 3Add parsley, garlic confit, and lemon juice to a food processor.
- 4Blend until smooth to create the scampi sauce.
- 5Prepare a pan on an induction cooker.
- 6Add olive oil to the pan.
- 7Add some of the scampi sauce to the hot pan.
- 8Add shrimp to the pan.
- 9Cook the shrimp, tossing them in the sauce.
- 10Add lemon zest and lemon juice to the shrimp.
- 11Add a splash of white wine to the shrimp.
- 12Sprinkle flour on a wooden board.
- 13Stretch out the pizza dough on the floured board.
- 14Spread a layer of the scampi sauce on the pizza dough.
- 15Add shredded cheese over the sauce.
- 16Arrange the cooked shrimp on top of the cheese.
- 17Add more cheese over the shrimp.
- 18Bake the pizza until golden brown.
- 19Garnish with fresh parsley.
- 20Sprinkle red pepper flakes and a little more scampi sauce.
- 21Cut the pizza into slices.
