Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk two eggs.
  2. 2Add two thirds of a cup of milk and whisk.
  3. 3Add one cup of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper, and one teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
  4. 4Whisk until smooth.
  5. 5Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Drizzle pizza sauce over the batter.
  7. 7Add Italian sausage.
  8. 8Add diced onions.
  9. 9Add sauteed mushrooms.
  10. 10Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  11. 11Top with pepperoni.
  12. 12Bake at 425°F until it looks ready to eat.
