Directions

  1. 1Place the chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten it using a meat mallet.
  2. 2Season both sides of the flattened chicken with 2 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and dried parsley.
  3. 3In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of flour with 2 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and dried parsley.
  4. 4Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour, ensuring it's fully coated on both sides.
  5. 5Fry the chicken in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side, then set it aside on a wire rack to drain the excess oil.
  6. 6In a large pot, boil water with 2 tbsp of salt and cook 16 oz of fettuccine pasta until al dente.
  7. 7In a frying pan, add 2 cups of heavy cream and season with 1 tbsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and dried parsley.
  8. 8Stir in 1 cup of parmesan cheese to thicken the sauce.
  9. 9Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the sauce and toss until well combined.
  10. 10Place the fried chicken on top of the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
