Korean Bibimbap

Directions

  1. 1Prepare your vegetables by chopping them into match sticks and rinsing them with water if required.
  2. 2Place the vegetables of your choice on a medium-high pan, sprinkle with salt and a tiny drizzle of sesame oil.
  3. 3Cover with a lid.
  4. 4Once steamed, flip the vegetables and take off the heat once cooked.
  5. 5Into a bowl, add 125g of Raw Extra Lean Ground Beef per serving, 1 Tsp Salt and Pepper, 2 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tsp Brown Splenda, ½ Tsp Minced Garlic and mix.
  6. 6Cook the beef mixture on a medium high heat until golden brown.
  7. 7To prepare the hot gochujang sauce, combine 15ml Gochujang, 5ml Soy Sauce, 10ml Water into a bowl and mix.
  8. 8Into a bowl, assemble on a bed of 125g of cooked white rice, mix well, top with a fried egg and enjoy!

  • 0.5 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms (Shittake)
  • Bean sprouts
  • Zuchini
  • 5 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 15 ml Gochujang
  • 5 ml Soy Sauce
  • 10 ml Water

Tips
