Directions
- 1Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- 2Place the cauliflower florets into a baking tray.

- 4Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 5Mix well to coat the cauliflower.
- 6Roast the cauliflower in the oven.
- 7Grate cheddar cheese.
- 8In a bowl, combine a liquid (possibly water or broth) with a yellow paste (possibly mustard or a spice mix).
- 9Melt butter in a pan.
- 10Add flour to the melted butter to create a roux.
- 11Gradually add milk to the roux, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce.
- 12Add dried herbs to the sauce.
- 13Add the grated cheddar cheese to the sauce.
- 14Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- 15Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a baking dish.
- 16Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower.
- 17Spread the sauce evenly.
- 18Top with more grated cheese.
