Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels.

Place the wings on a rack and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to dry them out.

Preheat the pellet grill to 400F.

Spray the dried wings with cooking spray and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Place the wings on the grill and cook for 30 minutes.

Flip the wings and continue cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 195F.

Prepare the sauce by melting butter over medium-low heat, then cook the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.

Add honey, BBQ sauce, and chopped bacon to the pan. Simmer and stir until thickened.

Add the crispy wings to the sauce, toss to coat, and serve.

1 heavy drizzle hot honey
1/2 bottle head country hickory smoke bbq sauce
4 strip bacon, fine chopped
