Bacon BBQ wings

Directions

  1. 1Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. 2Place the wings on a rack and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to dry them out.
  3. 3Preheat the pellet grill to 400F.
  4. 4Spray the dried wings with cooking spray and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  5. 5Place the wings on the grill and cook for 30 minutes.
  6. 6Flip the wings and continue cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 195F.
  7. 7Prepare the sauce by melting butter over medium-low heat, then cook the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  8. 8Add honey, BBQ sauce, and chopped bacon to the pan. Simmer and stir until thickened.
  9. 9Add the crispy wings to the sauce, toss to coat, and serve.

  • 20 whole chicken wingette
  • 1 to taste avocado oil spray
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 heavy drizzle hot honey
  • 1/2 bottle head country hickory smoke bbq sauce
  • 4 strip bacon, fine chopped
