Directions

  1. 1Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. 2Form two patties.
  3. 3Cook the patties in a cast iron pan.
  4. 4Cut the Camembert cheese in half.
  5. 5Assemble the burger: place one Camembert half, two patties, cheese, two patties, and the other Camembert half.
  6. 6Coat the burger with breadcrumbs.
  7. 7Fry the breaded burger in a pot of hot oil until golden brown.
  8. 8Cut and serve.

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 6 cheese slices
  • 1 Camembert cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup oil
