Directions

  1. 1Combine a can of condensed milk with a can of peaches, including the syrup.
  2. 2Pour everything into a blender.
  3. 3Add 400 grams of cream to the blender.
  4. 4Blend everything together for two minutes until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5Squeeze in the juice of one lemon.
  6. 6Add 12 grams of unflavored gelatin.
  7. 7Blend for another minute to mix everything perfectly.
  8. 8Pour the mixture into a container.
  9. 9Smooth out the top and add extra peach slices for a beautiful finish.
  10. 10Refrigerate overnight to let it set perfectly.

  • 800 g cream
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 24 g unflavored gelatin
