0.5 tsp dry ginger powder
2 tsp cornflour
0.5 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp amchur powder

bowl
Tips
You can make it fresh and use it immediately or store it in the fridge.
The sugar will not make the masala sweet.
If you want to eat noodles or flavored popcorn, quickly make this and try it, then you will forget to bring masala from outside.
The masala might need to be hidden, as kids might eat it secretly like my brother used to.
