You can also add berries or laurel to the liquid, based on your preference.
5
Pour the boiling liquid over the potatoes.
6
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients
1 kg potatoes type Amandine
4 garlic cloves
1 sprig thyme
2 dried bay leaves
5 g coarse salt
5 g black pepper
1 pinch ground nutmeg
2 juniper berries
30 cl whole milk
30 cl heavy cream (with more than 30% fat)
40 g butter
salt
Equipment

Tips
Do not peel the potatoes when slicing them very finely, as the skin will not be felt.
Only include ingredients you like; if you don't like bay leaf or nutmeg, you don't have to include them.
