1Boil water in a pot. Add two garlic cloves, three bay leaves, one whole onion, and two spoons of chicken bouillon.
2Add three chicken breasts and let it boil.
3Wash three chile poblanos, a handful of cilantro, and six tomatillos. Put them in the air fryer at 350°F until roasted.
4Strain two cans of hominy and rinse.
5Remove the roasted tomatillos and serrano peppers from the air fryer.
6Put the roasted chilies in a ziplock bag to steam and peel easier.
7Peel the chilies.
8Put the peeled chilies, tomatillos, serrano peppers, one cup of the chicken broth, oregano, black pepper, cumin, and three garlic cloves in a blender.
9Add half of the boiled onion.
10Blend.
11Shred the cooked chicken.
12In a new pot, add the hominy and the green salsa.
13Add the shredded chicken. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
14Add the cilantro to the green salsa.
15Serve with shredded cabbage, sliced radishes, chopped onion, and lime.
