Directions

Boil noodles for about two to three minutes until al dente.

Drain the noodles really well.

Heat a pan and sear the noodles in sesame oil and oyster sauce until crispy and aromatic.

Place the crispy noodles on a plate.

Heat the pan again and cook all veggies and garlic with some oil.

Once the veggies are a little soft, add the shrimp.

Build the gravy by adding water, the flavor packets, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and incorporate all together.

To thicken the gravy, add a cornstarch slurry (one part cornstarch to one part water).

Once the gravy is nice and thick, check the seasoning.

Bring the noodles back and smother them with the gravy.
