Directions
- 1Mix together all the ingredients for the cake in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2Make the cinnamon swirl with butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 3Pour half the cake batter into a large mug.
- 4Swirl half the cinnamon mix.
- 5Pour the rest of the batter on top and smooth it out.
- 6Add the rest of the cinnamon swirl.
- 7Mix together sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this all over the cake.
- 8Microwave on medium (400W) for 1 min 20 secs, until there's no wet batter left.
