Steak Buldak Ramen

Directions

  1. 1Boil the Buldak noodles for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine the Buldak sauce packet, Buldak powder packet, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and egg yolks, then stir well.
  3. 3Add 1/2 cup of the noodle water to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. 4Add the cooked ramen noodles to the prepared sauce and mix.
  5. 5Boil eggs for exactly 6 and a half minutes.
  6. 6Immediately transfer the boiled eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
  7. 7Peel the soft-boiled eggs.
  8. 8In a glass jar, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, hot sauce, rice vinegar, and water, then stir to create the marinade.
  9. 9Add the peeled eggs to the marinade in the jar.
  10. 10Marinate the eggs for a minimum of 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
  11. 11Season the steak (picanha strips) with salt and pepper.
  12. 12Grill the steak over flames to achieve a smoky crust.
  13. 13Slice the cooked steak.
  14. 14Serve the ramen by topping it with the sliced steak, the marinated jammy eggs, and chopped green onions.
  15. 15Drizzle chili oil over the finished ramen for added flavor and spice.

  • 1 to 2 Steak

  • 2 to 3 Eggs

  • 0.75 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 oz Water

Tips
