Directions

  1. 1Slice the fresh sourdough bread.

  4. 4Halve and pit the avocado.
  5. 5Mash the avocado.
  6. 6Spread mashed avocado on the toasted sourdough bread.
  7. 7Slice the peach.
  8. 8Top with sliced peach.
  9. 9Add chunks of burrata.
  10. 10Drizzle with more olive oil.
  11. 11Season with flaky salt.
  12. 12Season with pepper.
