Directions
- 1Add a sachet of gelatin to a bowl.
- 2Add 250 ml of hot water and stir to combine.
- 3Add 250 ml of cold water.
- 4Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 5Beat with an electric mixer until it doubles its size and turns a lighter color.
- 6Pour into a mold with baking paper.
- 7Refrigerate overnight.
- 8Cut into squares.
