Add about a pound of peeled and cubed potatoes to a hot oiled pan and cook until they start to get a little golden in color.
Add one pound of ground beef, one diced onion, and one diced bell pepper to the pan.
Break up the meat and stir it in a little before adding the seasonings.
Add one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, one teaspoon of Dijon mustard, one teaspoon of smoked paprika, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of dried oregano, one teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
Stir all ingredients together and cook until the meat is cooked through and the potatoes are soft.
Once cooked, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a pop of color.
Serve the meat and potato mixture in a bowl.
Optionally, add a scoop of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt and a drizzle of hot sauce.
Enjoy by taking a big bite with a fork.
