Directions
- 1Boil the garlic bulb in water.
- 2Remove the garlic cloves from the bulb and mash them with a spoon.
- 3Mix the garlic with oil and butter.
- 4Spread the mix over a piece of dough.
- 5Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the dough.
- 6Roll the dough into a cylinder shape.
- 7Cut the roll into several pieces.
- 8Place the pieces into the baking pan.
- 9Bake the rolls.
- 10Sprinkle the parsley over the baked rolls.
