- 2Add 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice into the whipping siphon.
- 3Add 1/4 oz of Lime Juice into the whipping siphon.
- 4Add 2 oz of Dry Gin into the whipping siphon.
- 5Add 1 whisked egg white into the whipping siphon.
- 6Add 1 oz of Heavy Cream into the whipping siphon.
- 7Add 3 drops of Orange Flower Water into the whipping siphon.
- 8Dry shake the ingredients in the whipping siphon for 15 seconds.
- 9Add 4 ice cubes into the whipping siphon.
- 10Add 1 nitrous oxide charger to the whipping siphon and shake for 15 seconds.
- 11Dispense the mixture from the siphon into a tall glass.
- 12Top with soda water.
