1Oil up a skillet on medium high heat. Brown ground beef until fully cooked through and season with salt and pepper.
2Remove the ground beef to a paper towel lined plate.
3In the same pan, add in onion, garlic, red and green bell peppers. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly softened.
4Toss back in your beef, tomato products and allow to cook for an additional minute to allow the tomato paste to sweeten.
5Add in your seasonings.
6Add in your rice, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
7Mix and bring to a boil. Once at a boil, reduce to medium heat and cover. Let cook about 18 minutes and top with cheese and cover to melt and allow the rice to finish cooking. If using instant rice, just wait until the liquid is absorbed, then top with cheese and allow to melt.
