Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 glass pan with parchment paper.

- 3Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition until homogeneous.
- 4Add the lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla extract and mix.
- 5Add in the flour and salt and fold the mixture to combine.
- 6Pour the batter into your parchment-lined pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- 7While the brownies are in the oven, prepare your icing by mixing the lemon juice and confectioner's sugar until a smooth glaze forms.
- 8Remove the brownies from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before topping with the glaze.
- 9Let the glaze set for another 20 minutes, then cut the brownies and enjoy!
