Directions

  1. 1نبدأ بفرم الطعروزي (الفقوس) فرمًا ناعمًا جدًا.
  2. 2نضيف طرشي الخيار المفروم ناعمًا فوق الطعروزي في الوعاء.
  3. 3نضيف الطماطم المفرومة ناعمًا إلى المكونات في الوعاء.
  4. 4نضيف الملح فوق المكونات.
  5. 5نضيف خل التمر.
  6. 6نخلط جميع المكونات جيدًا حتى تتجانس.
