Directions

  1. 1Take the husk off the corn.
  2. 2Cut off both ends of the corn.
  3. 3Cut the corn in half.
  4. 4Cut the corn halves in half lengthwise.
  5. 5Cut the corn pieces into quarters.
  6. 6Make Cajun butter by mixing butter, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic paste, salt, and smoked paprika.
  7. 7Generously brush the corn with the Cajun butter.
  8. 8Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. 9Place the corn into the air fryer.
  10. 10Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  11. 11After flipping, check the corn periodically to prevent burning, aiming for a nice bit of color around the edges.
  12. 12Make a quick parsley oil by finely chopping fresh parsley and adding olive oil.
  13. 13Grate some fresh Parmesan cheese.
  14. 14Finish the corn ribs with parsley oil, Parmesan cheese, and a squeeze of lime.
