1h 45m
Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Start with one and a half cups of lukewarm water. Remember, if it's too hot for a baby, it's too hot for the yeast.
  2. 2Add two and a quarter teaspoons of yeast or one of the little packets.
  3. 3Mix until it starts bubbling up. Whisk it all together.
  4. 4Add three and a quarter cups of all-purpose flour.
  5. 5Add a teaspoon and a half of salt.
  6. 6Add some garlic powder and onion powder.
  7. 7Grab your tool and give it a mix. Remember you're not kneading this, you're just mixing it like a shaggy dough.
  8. 8Add the two cups of cheese into the bread and incorporate it using your hands. Push it all together.
  9. 9Let it rest for about an hour and a half until it doubles in size. In the same bowl, just cover it up.
  10. 10Press the dough down and roll the sides. Roll it and roll it and tuck it in. Tuck the ends and now into your mold.
  11. 11Cover the loaf to rise for 30 more minutes and then bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20-22 minutes.
  12. 12Cut the bread and enjoy.
