Directions

  1. 1Slice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. 2Add taco seasoning mix with olive oil to the potatoes.
  3. 3Mix the potatoes well.
  4. 4Oven bake the potatoes for 22 minutes at 200°C or air fry for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  5. 5Add low-fat yogurt, light mayo, chipotle chili paste, hot sauce, honey, salt, paprika, and garlic powder to a blender.
  6. 6Blend all the ingredients until completely smooth and creamy.
  7. 7Pour the sauce into a bottle for storage in the fridge for weeks.
  8. 8In a bowl, add chopped tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, coriander, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, paprika, and lime juice.
  9. 9Mix all the fresh salsa ingredients until combined.
  10. 10Heat a pan on high heat and add grass-fed butter.
  11. 11Cook the ground beef for 8 minutes.
  12. 12Add tomato paste and more taco seasoning mix to the beef.
  13. 13Mix and cook the beef until golden brown for 4 minutes.
  14. 14Add low-fat cheese to the cooked beef.
  15. 15Evenly distribute the potatoes, beef, salsa, and chipotle spicy sauce into four servings.

  • Big Handful Coriander chopped
  • 1 Whole Lime Juice
  • 800 g Lean Minced Beef
  • 20 g Tomato Paste
  • Grated Mozzarella
  • 15 g Grass Fed Butter

Tips
