Spray a frying pan with low calorie spray.

Add chicken mince and onion granules to the pan and cook.

Add garlic, sweet chilli sauce, and soy sauce to the chicken mince.

Fry the chicken mince with garlic, ginger, sweet and spicy sauces, and keep cooking until it looks well-cooked.

Fry garlic and ginger in sesame oil in a saucepan.

Add chicken stock, peanut butter, oat milk, and chili oil to the saucepan and mix.

Cook the noodles.

Place the cooked noodles in a bowl.

Pour the broth over the noodles.

Add steamed greens to the bowl.

Add the cooked chicken mince to the bowl.

Add sweetcorn to the bowl.

Garnish with spring onions.

400 g chicken mince
1 tbsp onion granules
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
3 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
0.5 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
500 ml chicken stock
1 tbsp peanut butter
150 ml oat milk
200 ml oat milk
1 tbsp chilli oil
soy sauce
4 servings noodles
steamed cavolo nero or any green
beansprouts
sweetcorn
spring onions

Tips
Keep cooking the chicken mince until it looks wonderful.
For the broth, the creaminess comes from peanut butter and oat milk, and it works perfectly.
