Directions

  3. 3Once melted and cooled gently mix with eggs and sugar.

  5. 5Add chopped chocolate pieces before baking to add some lovely pockets of gooey chocolate

  • 1 bar high quality semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 bar chopped chocolate pieces

Tips

  • Use brown sugar instead of white sugar for better texture.
  • Add a bar of chopped chocolate pieces before baking for gooey pockets of chocolate in your brownies
