1Whip two 8-ounce blocks of room temperature Philadelphia cream cheese until smooth.
2Add two sticks of softened room temperature butter and mix.
3Scrape down the sides, then mix again.
4Add 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of dried dill, and 1 tablespoon of dry parsley.
5Add 3 tablespoons of finely grated parmesan cheese and mix.
6Add freshly cracked pepper and mix again.
7Place the mixture in a container and cover.
8Freeze for up to three months. To protect the cheese, press plastic wrap down on the surface before putting the top on.
